Safari in the Suburbs

Mini linocut prints of 20 animals, birds, insects and reptiles that I would see in the Dundahera area of Haryana. After living in rented accomodations in the heart of the city, my family and I moved to a home of our own in 1996. We grew up witnessing the transformation of Dundahera village into a burgeoning suburb. This personal project is a tribute to Dundahera's pastoral beauty and the surreal charm it held for me as a city-kid.
